The men and women between the age of 17 and a half and 21 years will be eligible for the recruitment after clearing all the levels of tests they becomes Agniveers.

The person must have qualified class 10th and 12th. Graduation degree from the known University. Must be a citizen of India.

This scheme will recruit Agniveer and that too for only 4 years, if after 4 years only those who are absolutely best will be kept for further 14-15 years. And the government facilities which are there for any soldier as if his pension has also been stopped.

Agneepath Scheme has made recruitment for all the soldiers of Army, Navy and the Air Force for a short term 4 years. And the lack of job security and benefits after army service only made people instigating.

My Concern

If the politicians do not do whatever they are given such securities and pension and such a huge salary, that too for so long.So those people are still soldiers of our country, they are serving the country by keeping themselves in trouble, why should they not get all this?According to me, this is a very bad decision, as much money is spent on "Netao", why not on army.
